Dog in a Bag

I love dogs that go into bags. In the future when dogs are just biotechnological creatures cloned and manipulated for our pleasure the bags will be their docking stations and serve as speakers or memory sticks or something. I think Nostradamus mentions it from time to time.

Jamson's Nook

Ages ago a friend of my brother's asked me to do some pics for his band Jamsons Nook. Nothing happened with it. Fast forward to yesterday and I just come across it hidden away on my computer. Googling them so I could give them a link I noticed that my arch nemesis Matt Jones has coincidentally done some work for them on their web site too. What a small world it bloomin' is!

Dwang

I drew a comic strip about hamster demonologists as part of an anthology of short stories and poems entitled 'Dwang'. I received my copy this morning. It's a hand bound and really beautiful volume - like books used to be. Due to the incredible time consuming nature of binding these books there's only a limited run so get them while they're hot.
You can see more about Tangerine Press and buy yourself a copy here.

Kitten Parasite Parachute

You may have noticed that I have a slight obsession with drawing kittens and parasites. If you like that kind of specific thing you'll love my sister blog: Kitten Parasites. It's something everyone can enjoy. I even have a few Kitten Parasite books left. Get in touch if you want a copy, they're only £7 squid. I'm really proud of my poetical prowess.
Check out those suffering kitties here.

He's from the future....

He really is. In the future we'll all look like this. I did this chap for an interactive TV game that never saw the light of day while I was working at a company that had a very messy end. Ah, the dot com bubble. Happy days...!

Monster Munch

I bought a giant pack of roast beef, big monster munch today and ate the lot (in 2 sittings) and they sure tasted mighty fine. I was inspired to draw the Monster Munch gang by all that MSG goodness I ingested. Yummy.

Muffy Dupont

Sadly I couldn't find any more Rat Attack goodness apart from this picture of everyones favourite French chat, Muffy Dupont. I think she was one of the fastest. I love the Rat Attack characters. Normally I go off everything I do in a matter of days, but even today I'm keen on the Scratch Cats.... I may try drawing them again after almost 10 years.

Atomicat

More Rat Attack finds. Atomicat was an unlockable, playable character in the game. This is one of the promotional postcards we did.

Rat Attack on the N64 & PlayStation1

My computer keeps telling me that my start up disk is full - it's lying it isn't so I thought I'd do a bit of, quite literally, spring cleaning to shut it up and look what I unearthed. Rat Attack was a game I designed for the PlayStation 1 and N64 many years ago. I was really proud of this as it was my first real job just after uni and I could more or less do what I wanted. Happy days, back when the UK gaming industry was the best in the world and the games weren't created by focus group led corporations with a target audience of idiots.

May Day

Well it's the first of May - summer starts here. Here's an unused image I did for a magazine that is no longer here to celebrate Beltane.  So mote it be!
